Jenny Kirby DiFranco
Owner/Master Lash Artist/Esthetician
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, working as a Medical Esthetician since 2003 and a Lash Artist since 2016. As the former owner of a Medical Spa in downtown Indianapolis, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as the owner of Lash & Esthetic Studio. Certified in Advanced Lash Extensions through Xtreme Lashes, Jenny specializes in Classic Lash Extensions and is passionate about education. She serves as the Lead Lash Extension Instructor at our Training Academy, mentoring aspiring lash artists and sharing her extensive knowledge. Jenny lives in Noblesville with her husband and three children.
Giacomo Di Franco
Manager/Scalp Micropigmentation Technician
Giacomo is the manager of Lash & Esthetic Studio and director of admissions at our training academy. He offers Scalp Micropigmentation, ensuring clients achieve natural-looking results. With a strong focus on customer experience, he manages staff and spa operations while supporting the growth of our academy and spa.
Katelynn Jurney
Licensed Esthetician
Katelynn is our Lead Esthetician, specializing in customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, full-body waxing, brow lamination, spray tanning, and lash tints and lifts. Her clients consistently rave about her expertise, often calling her facials the most relaxing and results-driven treatments they’ve ever experienced. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals while providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience in one of our cozy esthetic suites. She also serves as an instructor at our academy, teaching Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination, and Dermaplaning courses. Katelynn resides in Noblesville with her husband and their daughter.
Kelly Kim
Lash Artist/Microblading Artist
Kelly is our Microblading expert and a Certified Lash Artist. She received advanced certifications in Microblading from the renowned Micropigmentation Academy in Connecticut, mastering the latest techniques. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology but always aspired to work in the beauty industry, joining our team in 2022. Kelly also serves as our Microblading instructor at our training academy. In addition to permanent makeup, she is certified in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions, offering customized lash looks for her clients. She loves animals, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family at her home in Fishers.
Vanessa Terry
Master Lash Artist / Licensed Esthetician / Waxing Specialist / Lash Trainer
Vanessa is a licensed esthetician with a true passion for helping women feel confident, empowered, and beautiful. Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to mastering the art of beauty and enhancement, specializing in lash extensions and full-body waxing.As a Master certified lash artist, Vanessa offers a full range of lash styles—from classic and hybrid to volume and mega volume—and holds both Master Lash Technician and Lash Trainer certifications. Her precise technique and eye for detail ensure every client leaves with lashes that perfectly suit their features and lifestyle.Vanessa also brings expert skill to Brazilian waxing, one of her favorite services to perform, along with lash lifts, brow laminations, and tinting treatments. Her calm energy and commitment to excellence make each appointment a relaxing, results-driven experience.What Vanessa loves most is the joy of making women feel beautiful and cared for. With every service, she strives to create a welcoming, professional environment where clients can relax and leave feeling their absolute best.
Grace Forth
Lash Artist / Licensed Esthetician
When you book with Grace, you can expect a personalized lash and skincare experience designed just for you. She loves using lashes as a creative outlet, with hybrid sets being her favorite to create. Grace is passionate about skincare, especially treating acne, and has expertise in brow shaping to perfectly frame your face. Her goal is to help you feel confident and leave the studio looking and feeling your best! Grace graduated from Ball State University with a degree in General Art and from Indiana Wellness College in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, music, and spending time with her three cats.
Madison Gregory
Cosmetologist / Lash Artist
Maddie is a Licensed Cosmetologist and Lash Artist specializing in Classic Lash Extensions. A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism, she brings over seven years of experience to her craft. Certified through The Lash & Beauty Academy of Noblesville, Maddie is known for her upbeat energy, precision, and passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful. She strives to create a welcoming, results-driven experience for every client. Outside the studio, she loves spending time with friends and family, skateboarding, discovering new music, and hanging out with her cockapoo, Quincy.
Erik Hayos
Master Tattoo Artist
Erik is the resident Tattoo Artist at Lash & Esthetic Studio, bringing a refined & elevated approach to tattooing within a private, luxury spa setting. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in fine line, illustrative, geometric, new traditional, & tribal fusion styles—creating custom designs that reflect each client’s individuality & vision. After serving in the Navy, Erik began tattooing in 2004 earning his Bachelor's of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. He spent years perfecting his craft in top Texas shops before opening his own private studio in Austin. After relocating to the Midwest, Erik sought a space that matched his artistic values—professional, serene, and client-focused—and found his new creative home at Lash & Esthetic Studio. Here, he combines technical artistry with an exceptional client experience, transforming tattooing into a creative & deeply personal ritual.
