Jenny Kirby DiFranco
Owner/Master Lash Artist/Esthetician
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, working as a Medical Esthetician since 2003 and a Lash Artist since 2016. As the former owner of a Medical Spa in downtown Indianapolis, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as the owner of Lash & Esthetic Studio. Certified in Advanced Lash Extensions through Xtreme Lashes, Jenny specializes in Classic Lash Extensions and is passionate about education. She serves as the Lead Lash Extension Instructor at our Training Academy, mentoring aspiring lash artists and sharing her extensive knowledge. Jenny lives in Noblesville with her husband and three children.
Giacomo Di Franco
Manager/Scalp Micropigmentation Technician
Giacomo is the manager of Lash & Esthetic Studio and director of admissions at our training academy. He offers Scalp Micropigmentation, ensuring clients achieve natural-looking results. With a strong focus on customer experience, he manages staff and spa operations while supporting the growth of our academy and spa.
Katelynn Jurney
Licensed Esthetician
Katelynn is our Lead Esthetician, specializing in customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, full-body waxing, brow lamination, spray tanning, and lash tints and lifts. Her clients consistently rave about her expertise, often calling her facials the most relaxing and results-driven treatments they’ve ever experienced. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals while providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience in one of our cozy esthetic suites. She also serves as an instructor at our academy, teaching Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination, and Dermaplaning courses. Katelynn resides in Noblesville with her husband and their daughter.
Kelly Kim
Lash Artist/Microblading Artist
Kelly is our Microblading expert and a Certified Lash Artist. She received advanced certifications in Microblading from the renowned Micropigmentation Academy in Connecticut, mastering the latest techniques. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology but always aspired to work in the beauty industry, joining our team in 2022. Kelly also serves as our Microblading instructor at our training academy. In addition to permanent makeup, she is certified in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions, offering customized lash looks for her clients. She loves animals, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family at her home in Fishers.
Erika Martinez
Master Lash Artist/Nail Tech
Erika has been a licensed lash artist since 2019 and is also a licensed cosmetologist and nail technician. She holds an advanced lash certification and handcrafts custom hybrid and volume lash fans for each client. As a volume lash instructor at our training academy, she is passionate about educating future lash artists. Erika is also certified in structured Luminary gel nails and offers hard/soft gel services and nail art. She lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband and four children.
Angel Foland
Licensed Esthetician
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Angel is a licensed esthetician with a true passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. With a gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, she creates a personalized experience for every guest.
Angel specializes in full body waxing, custom facials, facial cupping, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts & tints. Her calming presence and commitment to client care make her a trusted favorite in the treatment room.
When she’s not in the studio, Angel loves spending quality time with her husband, their three children, and their sweet dog, Charlie.
Carly Breault
Lash Artist / Licensed Esthetician
Carly is a licensed esthetician who joined the industry in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the art of helping others feel confident, radiant, and cared for. Her passion for beauty and skincare shines through in every service she provides. Carly specializes in custom facials, chemical peels, lash extensions, spray tans, brow tinting and lamination, and full facial and body waxing. She takes pride in tailoring each treatment to meet her clients' unique needs, delivering results that enhance natural beauty and promote healthy, glowing skin. Carly resides in Noblesville with her fiance' & 3 children.
Vanessa Terry
Master Lash Artist / Licensed Esthetician / Waxing Specialist / Lash Trainer
Vanessa is a licensed esthetician with a true passion for helping women feel confident, empowered, and beautiful. Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to mastering the art of beauty and enhancement, specializing in lash extensions and full-body waxing.As a Master certified lash artist, Vanessa offers a full range of lash styles—from classic and hybrid to volume and mega volume—and holds both Master Lash Technician and Lash Trainer certifications. Her precise technique and eye for detail ensure every client leaves with lashes that perfectly suit their features and lifestyle.Vanessa also brings expert skill to Brazilian waxing, one of her favorite services to perform, along with lash lifts, brow laminations, and tinting treatments. Her calm energy and commitment to excellence make each appointment a relaxing, results-driven experience.What Vanessa loves most is the joy of making women feel beautiful and cared for.
